The candidate should have:

Good Communication Skill
Presentable
Gender: Females
Counsellors: At least Graduate or if not then should have capabilities to convince students for admissions.
Marketing Executive: At least Graduate with knowledge of computers or if not then should have capabilities to perform on Internet.
Salary: Fixed Incentives at par with Industry depending upon skills and experience
