Biodiesel Crimea ltd offers you the equipment of the batch rectification, the rectifying column.
The equipment is intended to separate the product into fractions depending on their boiling points. The oil and oil-like hydrocarbon mixtures, large fractions which are not aggressive to the carbon steels (pyrolysis oils, glycerin etc) can be used as the raw materials for processing by the rectifying column.
The productivity of the column is 4 tons a day.
As a result of the separation of the pyrolysis oil by the rectifying column manufactured by Biodiesel Crimea ltd the following ratio between the received fractions is observed:
- Petrol (gasoline). Mass fraction - 40%. Provided that the high octane components (aniline derivatives) would be added to petrol, octane number of fuel is from 92 to 95 that allows to use it like a fuel for internal combustion engines.
- Diesel. Mass fraction- 30%. (Depends on the kind of the raw material).
- Bunker fuel oil. Mass fraction- 30%.
Using the special technology it is possible to extract tars of fuel oil and use them for roads covering.
The application of the rectifying column also allows to extract petrol and diesel fractions of crude oil directly.
