JOB TITLE
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER (CORPORATE)
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• To work with the client base in developing concepts to meet their requirements
• To manage projects through the design cycle to handover
• To ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• To have compelling space planning, and conceptual design skills
• To translate client requirements effectively into sharp and accurate proposals
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
You will be working closely with the Director to grow the Corporate client base for this Internationally renowned client. You will already be working on high/end corporate fit out works, such as Banks, Investment Banks, Accountancy/Law firms etc. Your knowledge, experience and skills are second to none within this sector. You have sound design and planning knowledge, you understand what is required for tender documentation, and how write and create winning proposals. You deal with your clients holistically, totally understanding their brief from a factual and more intrinsic level. You are able to add value for the client by accurately translating their ideas into compelling concepts. You are able to wow your clients time and time again. Your discerning client base respect your design input and ability to execute projects.
As a person you value your time and your use of it. You are sharp when organizing your day/weeks/months, as a lead Designer you have a keen eye for detail, and take great pride in your work, seeing it through end to end. You have a client centric approach and can communicate effectively with the client at all stages.
You are already holding a similar post elsewhere, and MUST have a track record within corporate arena. Whilst residential, retail and industrial experience is admirable, it is not the focus for our client. Therefore your application for this post can’t be considered unless you have the relevant project experience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• You must have at least 6-8 strong years of experience within the Corporate sectors
• Can you demonstrate a proven track record, with a compelling portfolio to match?
• You must have a Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
• You have a sharp creative mind, with the ability to see angles which others can’t
• You will ideally have some knowledge and experience of working in the commercial space.
• You should be able to provide a portfolio, references and client testimonials if requested.
