Institute of Entrepreneurship and Management Studies (IEMS) Strategic Management Group (SMG) assists eligible students in securing suitable jobs/trimester projects. For this purpose, the office keeps effective contacts with firms all over India, as well as globally maintaining and performing liaison work between possible employers and the Institute’s students. Students must, however, note that the Institute is a place for serious academic pursuit and not an agency to provide employment. No fee is charged for the service and no binding obligation to find a job/trimester project for any student is accepted by the Institute.

Institute of Entrepreneurship and Management Studies (IEMS) placement centre known as (SMG) performs an enabling and empowering function for its students. Every effort is made to enable the students to groom themselves well and compete to obtain positions of their choice offered by companies through campus.
SMG department activities revolve around inviting reputed corporates to the campus, sharing placement related information with students, dissemination of question banks generated from campus engagements, initiation and strengthening of student networking with corporates etc. It also helps in writing of Curriculum Vitae, conducting soft skills ONLINE workshops and arrangement of special lectures by leading recruiters, pre-placement talks to enhance student’s competencies.
