PRM-5U is intended for replacing sleepers, compacting ballast, solid lining (including switches), straightening, lifting and straightening the track, for adding ballast with a bucket or grab, powering power tools, welding, performing various operations for the current maintenance of the track using attachments or a trailer truck PT-3.
