Features of the concrete plant-type of skip hoist
This series of concrete mixing plant has a modular structure, which allows it to be installed quickly and easily on site. The installation is compact, which facilitates its placement. It is simple in operation and has a high degree of automation of processes.
Mixer.
The plant has a 2-axis horizontal mixer of the JS series. The system of the blades covers the whole surface of the mixer, leaving no dead zones, which allows producing high-quality concrete by all world standards and recipes.
At the request of the buyer (option), a mixer of the JSS series with spiral blades (the most modern kind of mixers) can be installed. The optional JSS mixer has half the kneading time and 10-15% higher homogeneity of the mixture compared to a conventional 2-way mixer.
Effective operation of a 2-way JS mixer allows mixing concrete with a different ratio of components. Mixing blades and armor mixer made of high-quality alloy containing chrome and manganese, which has high resistance to wear. The reinforced design of the outer end of the support shaft and the special shaft seal ensure a long service life and convenient maintenance of the mixer.
If necessary, a planetary mixer can be installed.
Bins of inert materials.
The number of aggregate bins depends on the requirements of the customer, as a rule, these are three bunkers. If necessary, 2 or 4 hoppers can be installed.
Under the hoppers of the inert are the containers of the material weighing system, which are opened with the help of pneumatic valves.
Weighing system
Weighing system of inert DSB-III, it has the function of automatic compensation for the difference. For aggregate, cement, water and additives, there are own weighing systems equipped with high-precision sensors with an error of not more than 1%.
System for the transfer of aggregate
After weighing, the aggregates are sent to the feed hopper-skip, and then to the mixer.
Control system
The plant is controlled by an industrial computer from Lenovo or Dell.
This system has the following features:
real-time data processing functions;
automatic and manual control, simple and convenient operation.
The computer can store information about the production and consumption of the material, and can also print all forms of reports.
The control room is made of sound and heat insulating materials and allows maintaining a constant temperature, creating comfortable working conditions for personnel and operating temperature for electrical devices.
