Mixer
A two-shaft horizontal mixer of forced action is installed in the concrete plant. It allows you to produce mixtures of different brands, works evenly and efficiently. The mixer has a special advanced lubrication system with reinforced shaft bearing seal. The external shaft bearing has convenient access, it is easy to repair and replace. Mixing blades and bearings are made of high-quality wear-resistant alloy, with chromium and manganese content, which provides good performance and long service life of the mixer.

Weighing system for powder additives.
Cement and other powdered additives are transported to the weighing hopper of the dispenser by means of a screw conveyor (screw), and the weighing unit performs the accumulation of weight. When the weight reaches the set point, the controller stops the cement screw, and the dosing hopper discharges the material into the mixer via a pneumatic throttle valve.
