The set of equipment for mixing concrete includes a planetary two-shaft mixer and a skip, which are located on a special supporting platform.
The mixer with planetary gear is driven by means of a reducer, which is adapted to work in difficult production conditions.
The mixing system is made in the form of a star with three rotating blades (blades), and one external scraper. Blades (blades) of the mixer are made, as well as the mixer itself has a coating of anti-wear material.

The water is fed into the mixer through the external parts of the mixer with the help of plug-in attachments. To test the mixer, it houses doors made of special rubber. A manual hydraulic pump allows you to open the door in the event of a power failure.
The necessary proportions of inert materials enter the mixer with a skip, which loads them from the dosing device, and then, with the help of a motor with a gear, the skip rises along the metal cable to the mixer. Mechanical and electromechanical safety devices will not allow the drop of the skip down, in case the cable breaks.
