Structural characteristics
1. This equipment uses an automatic control system to produce and control the process of emulsifying bitumen. Two tanks are equipped for mixing materials and drainage water, for continuous production.
2. The key part of this plant is a colloid mill which is independently developed by our company. Its special structure of the gap of the pilot rotors, retains a tiny fixed gap. It is made of a special wear-resistant stainless steel with corrosion resistance. The emulsion has a fineness of less than 5 μm.
3. The high-efficiency plate heat exchanger is first equipped to cool the finished emulsified bitumen, to improve the stability of the emulsified bitumen storage; It is used to heat cooling water for the production of emulsified bitumen, which saves costs of heating clean water, which reduces the cost of production and makes the environment cleaner and contributes to energy saving, and also provides a consistent microplate structure with emulsified bitumen (emulsified bitumen only with a temperature below 40 ℃ is allowed in the production of a micro-coating.)
4. The PLC system monitors production; electromagnetic flow meter collects signals from systems; the frequency control motor monitors the speed of rotation of the bitumen pump; electric control valve - the valve regulates the consumption of the emulsion (it is displayed by both an electromagnetic flowmeter and a flowmeter).
5. All parts in contact with the emulsion are made of high-quality stainless steel with a good anti-corrosion property, suitable for the process of manufacturing various types of emulsified bitumen.
