MIRTHRIDE, an online cab booking system is an initiative by CWSE i.e. Center for Women safety and Empowerment to provide safe and easy transportation in Delhi and NCR. Keeping in mind, the special security of women we have installed a GPS (Global Positioning System) tracking device in over two thousand cabs across the city Delhi. It is used for monitoring the movement of the cabs in the city. All devices are integrated to back office. We conceptualized with intent of providing a one step solution for all your surface transport needs. We are forging ahead to form new partnerships to cover every town in India.Cab booking is not only about the journey and experience you have with operators and drivers but also about booking experience. Hence we work with a dispatch system that is easy to understand and offers instant reservations to our customers. Our customer can book the cab by any of the following means:
Calling at our call centers: Customer can call at our call center numbers at minimum call cost and book their cab
Online booking from our website: Customer can book their cab by filling a very simple form given at our website www.mirthride.com.
Social networking site facility: Customer can also book their cab very easily by our facebook page http://facebook.com/mirthride by filling a few step form.
Mobile Application: Customer can book their cab from our android base and iOS based mobile application that can be installed from our website. This application includes a panic button that can be pressed in case of any danger.
Linking these cabs to a call center, enables a radio cab service, the first of this kind in Delhi. Call centers also maintain a MIS (Management Information System) on all the cabs that enables the tracking of cab. When a customer book their cab, confirmation message and all other related information will be sent to their mobile number. We provide 24 hour a day service to our customers.
