responsible for generating business to achieve the budgeted targets. Develop and diversify the business clients while ensuring the profitability budgets for respective divisions are being met. Thread bearer for project proposals, coordinating with the technical team of the organization and the client contacts for understanding specific needs of the client and preparing/finalizing the proposal/project details. Maximize quality output, ensure TAT's being met and minimize outstandings from the clients. Manage the business development and customer relationship management team members by keeping them motivated and focused in business development activities.
