Mobile slaughter is supplied in folded and ready for operation. You only need to connect the electricity, water and sewer - and the slaughterhouse is ready for operation.
Modular sheep slaughterhouse is a fully-equipped technologically completed section as a standalone unit with such operations:
knocking and slaughtering;
carcass hanging on overhead rail by the hoist;
dehiding;
evisceration;
weighing and storage.
Carcass moving within the module is held by the of overhead rail.
There is all the appropriate equipment and means of mechanization, as well as sanitation and hygiene, such as sterilizers for knives and saws, non-contact dispenser.
The module capacity is up to 240 sheep per shift.
