Education:
(Uner Graduate - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND
(Post Graduate - MBA/PGDM - Marketing)
1. Applicants must be able to work hard to recruit new associates through direct marketing and to manage current ones.
2. Should have good communication skills, urge to learn , develop and grow with company.
Job Description
1. Need to focus on new distribution and management with recruiting new associates and managing current team thus cross selling other portfolio products.
2. Maintain, establish relationship with associates, support and advise them on making their sales plans.
Required Skills
• Positive attitude must
• Moderate degree of field work will be there (this is not an office job)
• Great interpersonal skills (able to interact with and manage large number of associates)
• Willing to travel across Delhi/NCR
JOB LOCATION: Delhi NCR.
• Interested candidates may note that working location would be around their area of residence but they may have to travel anywhere in Delhi.
OTHER DETAILS:
• Probation for 3 months period.
• Renumeration : Fix Monthly Salary + Incentives
