Franchisee Operations Management – this includes
a. Legal documentation – finalization of MOU, NDA and Agreement, provision of manuals, fee structure
b. Procurement & supply of SS and other materials
c. Guide the infrastructure set up & sign off on final ready to launch center
d. Manage the center set up plan – set up, recruitment & launch.
e. Management of franchise center reporting
i. Implementation of ERP - ERP vendor management, Training of the counselors for ERP, Coordination between the centre and vendor for all troubleshooting
ii. Collection of reports from the franchise locations - Admission & Collection reports and Academic & monitory report
iii. Submission of report to the respective department as per the timelines
f. Center Monitoring– operationally & financially through online and onsite monitoring.
i. Orientation to the franchisee about the ambiance guidelines;
ii. Inspection of the centers and ensure the implementation of the infrastructure as per the guidelines ;
iii. Routine checks to ensure hygiene, safety and security in own as well as franchisee centers.
2. SSH Corporate Operations’
a. Preschool material procurement- Identification the vendors, negotiations, , empanelment of vendors and production supervision.
b. Logistics and supply chain management- School set up and School collaterals, Ensuring indent and supply of material at the franchisee locations, Controlling delays, breakages and return of material, Indent and supply of the student kits supervision, Sesame Street school books, CDs and Library books indent and supply
